Since the attacks are so immobile, you have a hard time hitting bosses that aren't on the ground. The stiffness is also present in boss fights. And a lot of the enemies don't really pose a threat outside of the sexual grabs which can take forever to escape if you have certain debuffs. The basic combo locks you in place, giving you a bit of forward momentum which makes the combat feel very sluggish. The controls are okay, however the combat is very stiff in a couple of ways. Now that the good stuff is out of the way, time to go onto the not so good gameplay. The game sells a purple item that can cleanse all the debuffs instantly, so if you just want to get through the game without hassle, you can. However, they really only happen if you let it.
Fulfilling certain conditions with the right debuff states may lead to bad endings if not purified before certain boss encounters. If you want to pile on as much debuffs as possible onto the poor girl, and try to beat the game like that, it's somewhat possible but very difficult.
All of the rape scenes have variations which include the heroine's base form, transformed state and her various debuff states. There is a ton of enemy variety ranging from tentacles, binding traps, humanoids and monster like beings. Some enemies even have a special scene if the heroine has their debuff state.
